Are there restrictions on the type of photo I can use?
Yes. Photographs can not be objectionable in nature. Each photo is reviewed and approved by Endicia staff before images are printed. More details can be found in our Terms of Service.

Can I use the logo of my business?
Yes! PictureItPostage is a great way to promote your business with every letter you send.

Why does the PictureItPostage application require Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger?
PicutreItPostage uses state-of-the-art Tiger technologies including CoreImage for the photo filters and Cocoa bindings behind the scenes.

I'm not running Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4). Can I still create PictureItPostage?
You can by using our website. The PictureItPostage application for Mac requires Tiger.

How long will it take to get my PictureItPostage?
We work as quickly as possible to review and approve your image, and then it is printed in our new state-of-the-art facility. You can expect this process to take up to two weeks.

How big is each PictureItPostage stamp?
The image size is 1.5" x 1.2" inches, not including the postage area. The entire postage stamp (to outside of serrations) is 2.5" x 1.56".

I don't use iPhoto. Can I still use PictureItPostage?
Yes. You can select "Choose another photo.." from the main screen, or simply drag and drop an image into the stamp view.

How does PictureItPostage work?
PictureItPostage works just like regular postage -- put it on letters and packages as you would any other stamp.

Can I use it to ship internationally?
You can. It is valid for all mail sent from the United States. (Note, like regular stamps, you can't take them with you to a different country and use them there. They must originate within the US.)

I've submitted an order. How do I check the status?
You can do so by checking here.

I just submitted an image, and now I've changed my mind.
Can I cancel the order and submit a different picture?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering by emailing PictureItPostage@endicia.com. Be sure to include your Order Number and your Image Id Number (ERN).

I'd like to order different sheets and have them all shipped together to save on shipping costs. Can I do this?
We're happy to consolidate orders shipped to the same location. The current version of the Application doesn't support this, but the humans behind the scenes do. We do our best to automatically recognize multiple sheets, but to be sure we catch it simply email PictureItPostage@endicia.com with the order numbers you'd like to consolidate, and we'll reduce the shipping appropriately.
