than make up for the monthly service fee.

What does "nonmachinable" mean?
The nonmachinable surcharge applies to mail that weighs 1 ounce or less if
any one of the following applies: (a) The piece is greater than 1/4-inch
thick. (b) The length is more than 11-1/2 inches or the height is more than
6-1/8 inches. (c) The aspect ratio (length divided by height) is less than

How much postage can I buy at one time?
You can purchase postage in various increments, up to $500 per purchase by default. Additionally, by default, at any one time your total postage account cannot exceed $500. You'll receive an error if you try to purchase postage that will bring your balance over $500 (see below).
I receive an error 119 when trying to purchase postage. What's that mean?
Error 119 indicates that you are trying to purchase an amount that would bring your total balance above your approved limit. The default limit is $500. To increase your limit, you'll need to contact customer support at 1-800-576-3279 x130. Limits are raised for those customers demonstrating use of over $500 of postage per week for several weeks and are willing to switch to the bank-debit (ACH) payment method.
Why can't I print Bound Printed Matter?
As of September 11th, Bound Printed Matter is no longer supported by the USPS via PC Postage applications and an update to Endicia for Mac will be available shortly that removes support for the Bound Printed Matter mail class. Packages already posted will not be accepted by the USPS starting on September 11th, you must file a refund request for these items and then use an alternate mail class such as Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
