Technical Specifications
Endicia for Mac requires Mac OS X 10.2.8 or greater, and will print labels on any printer supported by Mac OS X. Special support is included for DYMO LabelWriters and Zebra 2844s.

Importing Files
Tab Delimited — A plain text file where each field is separated by tabs. These types of files can be easily exported from most applications that you'd use to store addresses; FileMaker, Excel, QuickBooks, AccountEdge and more. Fields must be exported in the following order: Name, Company, Address1, Address2, City, State, ZIP, and optionally Country.
Comma Delimited — A plain text file where each field is separated by commas. These types of files can be easily exported from most applications that you'd use to store addresses; FileMaker, Excel, QuickBooks, AccountEdge and more. XML Automation
XML Automation Tutorial — A brief overview of the different ways Endicia for Mac can be automated using XML.
DAZzle XML Sample File — Endicia developed an XML specification that helps facilitate the automation of label printing. From within Endicia for Mac, you can choose "Print From External XML File..." to utilize this format. More sophisticated users may wish to automate the printing using AppleScript (see below for examples).
